Never trust a man in a blue trench coat, never drive a car when you're dead

This was the theme song for Nick and I during our exams.

But if you wanna catch another great Tom Waits song, check out this one. Watch it too if you wanna learn how to preach better

They're both from the live album and video "Big Time". If you can find the video, I'll pay big bucks for it.

he sounds heaps like (well, prob the other way round) waiting for Guinness (sydney band) here.

(p.s. your bad, you're good.)

do it do it do it!

My favourite album is Bone machine, which has quite a few religous (I'm not sure what you'd call them) songs.

Is this a grammar thing?

yes. fix it.

a guy at uni had a car sticker saying, 'it's ok to be ugly but your overdoing it'. the fact that you'd put that sticker on your car shows you're a tool. or your [sic] a tool. not that you are. talking about him. but also needing to make a pun. i might add, i don't mind abbreviations, typos, etc (eg whaddya, ur, youse), but your vs you're (as well as using an apostrophe to pluralise) really irritate me. dunno why.

the two TW albums i own are mule variations and bone machine also. particularly his spoken word (storytelling) pieces are great. actually, all of it. eyeball kid - what a song!

beautiful! Although the live version of 'telephone call...' was pretty shotty - he was pretty out of tune, but i guess if anyone can do that it's him.

loved the second one: "we've got to go in with a hydrolic system and blast him out!" "All the angels, pissed off you see!"
